Beyond Compliance.

Built for the Real World.

At Ready State Training, we believe standard "tick-box" first aid is not enough to protect a workforce. In high-pressure environments, textbook theory fails. We exist to equip teams of all sizes from growing, high-risk operations and specialist SMEs to large corporate workforces with elite mental and physical resilience training on Regulated Qualifications Frameworks.

We move organizations beyond simple compliance to genuine, real-world crisis readiness.

Led by Operational Experience

Ready State Training is led by Jon, an accredited training professional and operational resilience specialist.

With extensive experience managing high-volume training and operational mobilisations for the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office, and secure Public and Private Healthcare Providers, Jon understands the realities of high-stress environments. Having designed and delivered critical training frameworks for major national deployments, he brings a level of rigour and reality to workplace training that standard providers cannot match.

The Clinical & Security Edge:

We do not just teach the syllabus; we teach from experience. Our instruction team operates with active Counter Terrorism and Enhanced Security clearances, holding advanced qualifications in First Response Emergency Care and Regulated Qualifications Framework courses that include all tiers of physical and mental health first aid. This makes Ready State Training the trusted partner for operations that work in secure, complex, or high-risk sectors.

Our Mission: Purpose-Driven Resilience

Resilience extends beyond the corporate boardroom. Ready State Training is built on a foundational commitment to supporting both the armed forces community and the wider fight for better mental health.

Through our Buy One, Give One veteran scholarship model, every booking directly funds a training space for a UK veteran transitioning into civilian life. When you choose to upskill your workforce with us, you are simultaneously providing critical, funded qualifications to those who have served, helping them secure meaningful employment and rebuild their own operational readiness in the civilian sector.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to driving proactive change by pledging a portion of our revenue to Men's Mental Health charities across the UK. By partnering with us, you are directly contributing to the funding of frontline support services and crisis interventions for the demographics that need it most.
