MEET ROOK

ROOK is Ready State Training’s AI-supported digital presenter, created to extend the learning experience beyond conventional slides and instructor-led delivery.

Used selectively within RST training and digital content, ROOK can introduce topics, reinforce learning, challenge assumptions and provide an alternative voice at key points in a programme.

The technology is there to support the learning — not become the learning.

MORE THAN A TALKING HEAD

ROOK can appear throughout the wider RST environment, including course introductions, module summaries, scenario prompts, role-play activity, short-form educational content and the Sunday Surgery series.

Within training, ROOK can be used to interrupt the normal rhythm of a session, recap important information or provide learners with a different perspective before discussion continues with the instructor.

This gives RST another way to maintain attention and reinforce key messages without replacing human facilitation, judgement or learner interaction.

RST remains instructor-led.

ROOK does not assess learners, provide clinical advice, make operational decisions or replace qualified trainers and subject specialists.

They are a delivery tool — developed to make learning more engaging, memorable and consistent while keeping the instructor firmly responsible for the learning environment.
